WATERBURY, VA. — Specialty coffee company Green Mountain Coffee Roasters Inc. said Monday it has received antitrust approval from the Federal Trade Commission for its proposed acquisition of Keurig Inc.

Green Mountain owns 35% of Keurig, which sells single-cup brewing systems, and earlier this month offered to buy the rest for about $104.3 million.

The transaction is expected to close on or about June 15.
