ATLANTA — FOCUS Brands, an Atlanta-based franchisor and affiliate of Roark Capital, which owns Cinnabon, Schlotzsky’s and Seattle’s Best Coffee International, has acquired the assets of Moe’s Southwest Grill from Raving Brands. Moe’s, which is a fast-casual restaurant chain with 360 locations in 34 states and the District of Columbia, was ranked the No. 1 fast-casual chain based on change in system-wide sales, according to QSR magazine.

Moe’s menu includes a variety of fresh Southwest foods, including burritos, quesadillas, and fajitas in a family-oriented atmosphere.

"This is a great brand with a bright future and tremendous growth prospects, and we look forward to the exciting days ahead," said Steve Romaniello, president and chief executive officer, FOCUS Brands.
