Saratoga Cheese to build $40 million plant

AUBURN, N.Y. — Saratoga Cheese Corp. will build a $40 million processing facility in the city of Auburn. The 64,000-square-foot facility will employ 77 full-time employees and process feta, mozzarella, havarti and muenster cheeses.

"The Saratoga Cheese Corporation is excited to locate our brand new facility at the Aurelius Business Park," said Larry Rosenbaum, founder and chairman of the company.
