O'Neill to top spot at Einstein Noah

LAKEWOOD, COLO. — Jeff O’Neill has been named chief executive officer and a member of the board of Einstein Noah Restaurant Group. He succeeds Paul Murphy, who had been c.e.o., president and director since October 2003.

A 20-year veteran of the food and beverage industry, Mr. O'Neill most recently was with Priszm Income Fund in Toronto, where he held the titles of chief operating officer, president and most recently, c.e.o. Priszm is the master franchisee for KFC in Canada.

Prior to joining Priszm, Mr. O'Neill held senior positions with various food and beverage companies, including as president of Pepsi Cola Canada.

"I am excited to be joining Einstein Noah at this time, to build on past accomplishments, and to work with the team to develop new and exciting business building initiatives designed to drive incremental sales and profitability across the company," Mr. O’Neill said.
