MINNEAPOLIS — General Mills, Inc., owner of the Yoplait yogurt brand, announced that the brand’s YoPlus variety of yogurt has been reformulated and now features 20% of the recommended daily value of vitamins A and E, probiotic cultures and fiber for digestive health, as well as calcium and vitamin D.

“Newly reformulated YoPlus is now an excellent source of antioxidants, perfect for individuals who are proactive about making nutritious food choices,” said Christina Meyer-Jax, nutrition communicator with the General Mills Bell Institute of Health and Nutrition. “YoPlus already serves as a way to help promote digestive health and support bone health. With the benefit of antioxidant vitamins A and E, it is truly the yogurt that gives you more.”

YoPlus is available at supermarkets nationwide in six flavors: strawberry, vanilla, cherry, peach, blackberry pomegranate and blueberry acai. The suggested retail price is $2.79 per 4-pack of 4-oz cups.
