DANVERS, MASS. — Fishery Products International has introduced FireRoasters, a new product line of salmon, tilapia and cod fillets designed for food service applications.

The new line has six varieties: Smoky Applewood Salmon, Asian Barbecue Salmon, Thai Basil Tilapia, Citrus Peppercorn Tilapia, Southwest Style Cod and Rustic Italian Cod.

“We’re excited to again break new ground in the food service marketplace with the launch of FireRoasters, which is ideal for operations that lack the equipment and culinary expertise to menu great-tasting, fire-roasted fish,” said Keith A. The new line is available in 10-lb food service bulk packs.
