New OptiSol ingredient works with frozen yogurt

FITCHBURG, WIS. — Glanbia Nutritionals has launched OptiSol 1030, a dairy protein concentrate designed for frozen yogurt systems and suitable for incorporation into Greek-style frozen yogurt. The soluble OptiSol 1030 combines the functionality of dairy protein with improved flavor and a smoother texture, according to the company, which has an office in Fitchburg.
