LE SUEUR, MINN. — Jon Davis has been appointed chief executive officer of Davisco Foods International. He succeeds his father, Mark Davis, who will remain with the company as chairman of the board of directors.

“Jon has grown up in our family business and the dairy industry, and has earned the opportunity to lead Davisco as we go forward,” said Mark Davis. “Jon has held various leadership positions, and most recently as chief operating officer he was responsible for all aspects of the cheese and whey ingredient manufacturing facilities.”

Davisco Foods International is a privately-held company that manufactures cheese and dairy-based food ingredients. The company has facilities in Lake Norden, S.D., Le Sueur, Jerome, Idaho, and Nicollet, Minn.
