Smart Flour Foods

Smart Flour Foods is adding three new gluten-free pizza varieties to its lineup. The pizza crusts are made with a blend of sorghum, amaranth and teff. The cheese is free of rGBH, and the meats contain no antibiotics, nitrites or nitrates. The Chicken Sausage pizza is topped with chicken sausage that features the flavors of roasted red peppers, onion, garlic and rosemary. The Tuscan Inspired Uncured Two Meat pizza offers the spice of pepperoncini, pepperoni and genoa salami seasoned with wine, garlic and sugar. The Sundried Tomato Escarole pizza includes sundried tomatoes and escarole, which is a green from the endive family that offers the slightly bitter and spicy taste of a radicchio.
