Creed, Stock to Yum! Brands board

LOUISVILLE, KY. — Greg Creed, currently chief executive officer of Taco Bell, has been elected to the board of directors of Yum! Brands, Inc. Mr. Creed will become c.e.o. of Yum! on Jan. 1, 2015. Additionally, Elane B. Stock was named to the board. Ms. Stock is the group president of Kimberly-Clark International, comprising its operations in Asia-Pacific, Latin America, Middle East, Europe and Africa. The appointments are effective immediately.
