Drew Burke,c.f.o. of Bunge, plans to retire Dec. 31.

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. — Drew Burke, chief financial officer of Bunge Ltd., has announced his retirement, effective Dec. 31. The company plans to name a successor before the end of the year and is conducting a search that will consider both internal and external candidates. Mr. Burke was named c.f.o. in February 2011, having served as interim c.f.o. since September 2010. He joined Bunge in 2002 as managing director, soy ingredients and new business development. Earlier, he was chief executive officer of the U.S. subsidiary of Degussa AG and worked for Beecham Pharmaceuticals and Price Waterhouse & Company.
