The Frontera, Red Fork and Salpica brands make gourmet Mexican food and contemporary American cooking sauces.

CHICAGO – ConAgra Foods, Inc. has acquired the packaged foods businesses of Frontera Foods, Inc. and Red Fork, L.L.C. The transaction includes the Frontera, Red Fork and Salpica brands, which make gourmet Mexican food and contemporary American cooking sauces. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Frontera’s portfolio contains salsa, sauces, snacks and meals featuring the flavors of Mexico. Red Fork offers American cooking sauces, and Salpica is a Tex-Mex salsa line.
