All American Foods is a broadline distributor based in North Kingstown, R.I.

ROSEMONT, ILL. — US Foods has agreed to acquire All American Foods, a broadline distributor based in North Kingstown, R.I. Financial terms of the transaction, which is expected to close at the end of February, were not disclosed.

Established in 1988, All American Foods offers more than 4,000 stock-keeping units to nearly 1,000 customers throughout Rhode Island, Massachusetts and Connecticut. The company has annual sales of approximately $60 million.

“The growth All American Foods has experienced over the last three decades is proof that their business model and commitment to customer service is strong,” said John O’Carroll, northeast region president, US Foods. “We are looking forward to building on All American Foods’ already strong reputation and bringing an even better experience to food service operators throughout Southern New England.”

All American Foods is the fourth distributor US Foods has acquired within the past two years, as the company acquired Jeraci Foods in October 2016, Carra Donna Provision Co. in February 2016 and Dierks Waukesha December 2015.
