LAKE SUCCESS, N.Y. — The Hain Celestial Group, Inc. has established a strategic joint venture between its subsidiary Hain Tilda India Private Ltd. and Future Consumer Ltd., the food and consumer goods arm of Future Group based in Mumbai, India, with the purpose to manufacture, market and distribute natural and organic products under Hain Celestial brands, including Terra, Garden of Eatin’, Sensible Portions, Dream and Earth’s Best in India. Hain Tilda will continue to market and distribute products under the Tilda brand.
