Clearwater Seafoods introduces saucy scallops

BEDFORD, N.S. – Clearwater Seafoods is rolling out a frozen scallop product to restaurants and retailers.

Scallops & Sauce contains wild-caught scallops coated in garlic cream sauce and may be added to pasta and salads or paired with steak, chicken or fish.

Available in 8-oz portions for retail and 6-oz portions for food service, the product will roll out throughout the year with additional flavors to follow.
