Pacific Foods adds organic soups, pasta and beans

TUALATIN, ORE. – Pacific Foods is expanding its organic product lines with ready-to-eat pasta meals and beans.

All Natural Pasta O’s contains carrots, celery, spinach, beets and tomato sauce. All Natural Mac and Cheese is shelf-stable and made with real cheese, butter and cream. Both products contain no added colors, flavors or preservatives and are available at select natural food stores nationwide.

Rolling out this spring is an organic bean line that includes baked beans in vegetarian and pork varieties and refried beans in vegetarian black bean, vegetarian black bean with green chiles, pinto and vegetarian pinto varieties.

Pacific is expanding its organic Hearty Soup collection with four varieties: spicy black bean and kale, split pea and uncured ham, reduced-sodium vegetable lentil and roasted red pepper, and reduced sodium chicken noodle. The soups will be available starting this summer.

The company also is introducing an unsweetened hemp non-dairy beverage in original and vanilla flavors, now available nationwide, and an organic vegan mushroom gravy this fall.
