Kalustyan Corp. has acquired CrossRoads Spices & Seasonings.
UNION, N.J. — Kalustyan Corp., a global manufacturer of industrial herbs and spices, has acquired CrossRoads Spices & Seasonings. Under the new ownership, the business has been renamed CrossRoads Blends, L.L.C. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
“The decision was made based on many factors, including the food industry shifting from a commodity mindset, to a finished ingredient requirement,” said Errol Karakash, owner and chief executive officer of Kalustyan Corp. said. “This acquisition is a valued addition to our global manufacturing and will allow us to further service our global and multinational partners.”
