Coffee Pacifica in talks to acquire California private coffee roaster

LAS VEGAS — Coffee Pacifica, Inc., a distributor of green bean coffee grown in Papua New Guinea, has reached agreement to acquire a private coffee roasting company based in Berkeley, Calif.

Under terms of the agreement, Coffee Pacifica will acquire all the issued and outstanding shares of the coffee roaster for a cash consideration.

The acquisition is subject to a number of conditions, including Coffee Pacifica completing and accepting the results of its due diligence investigation, and receiving audited financial statements.
