New Coca-Cola Enterprises c.e.o. resigns from Campbell board

CAMDEN, N.J. — John F. Brock, who was named president and chief executive officer of Coca-Cola Enterprises, Inc. on May 15, has resigned from the board of directors at Campbell Soup Co. Mr. Brock had been a member of the company’s board since 2004.

"I am proud to have served as a director of Campbell Soup Co., and have thoroughly enjoyed my association with its dedicated and hard-working board," Mr. Brock said. "At present, however, I believe I should devote all of my time to my new commitments at Coca-Cola Enterprises.
