Ritorna Natural introduces sports drink for children

PRINCETON, N.J. — Ritorna Natural Foods has introduced LIV, an all natural drink for children. An 8-oz serving of LIV contains 70 calories and 13 grams of sugar.
According to the company, LIV is a carbohydrate-based electrolyte drink that contains rice syrup. The product also has a mix of potassium and sodium to replace minerals lost during exercise.
LIV is available in two flavors, lemon and berry, and comes in 20-oz packages. It has a suggested retail price of $2 to $3.
