MINNETONKA, MINN. — BOOST, a Nestle Nutrition brand, has introduced BOOST Smoothie Nutritional Energy Drinks, a line of shelf-stable beverages that feature 9 grams of protein, 22 vitamins and minerals and as much calcium as a glass of milk. The new smoothies are available in three flavors: strawberry, raspberry and peach.
"Taste, nutrition and convenience don’t have to be mutually exclusive," said Barbara McCartney, director of marketing for Nestle Nutrition. "With refreshing fruit flavors and portable, spill-proof packaging, these smoothies are packed with nutrition that make it easy for people to get the most out of their active day."
The new beverages may be found in the nutrition aisle of retailers nationwide. A six-pack of 8.25-oz bottles has a suggested retail price of $8.49.
