Martin Bauer Group buys Beverage House

SECAUCUS, N.J. — The Martin Bauer Group has acquired Cartersville, Ga.-based Beverage House, Inc., a provider of a range of premium beverage concentrates, especially tea products, in food service and retail locations.

“This acquisition brings together Martin Bauer Group’s expertise in teas, extracts and botanicals and Beverage House’s expertise in the formulation, processing and packaging of premium beverage concentrates in order to expand the scope of our product offerings in the North American market,” said Albert Ferstl, managing director of the Martin Bauer Group.

The Martin Bauer Group is an international manufacturer and distributor of ingredients to the food and beverage industry.
