McCormick Canada acquires Fish Crisp Enterprises Inc.

LONDON, ONT. — McCormick Canada, a subsidiary of McCormick & Co., Inc., has acquired Fish Crisp Enterprises Inc., of Jacksons Point, Ont. The purchase includes all Fish Crisp varieties such as Original, Garlic Butter, Cajun, Italian, Beer Batter and the Gourmet Grill varieties, including white wine and herbs, Jamaican jerk, honey dijon and maple smoke. Total annual sales are about $1.5 million.

McCormick Canada, which produces and markets spices and seasoning under the Club House, McCormick, Golden Dipt seafood batter and sauces and Zatarain’s New Orleans-style rice brands, employs 525 people in London, Mississauga and Calgary.
