NEW YORK — Palladium Equity Partners has made a minority investment in Sahale Snacks, a Seattle-based a producer of branded and private label snack foods. Sahale’s product lines includes six nut blends that combine nuts and fruit with ingredients inspired by regional cuisines, such as Moroccan Harissa and Chipotle.
