Bravo! Brands explores options and seeks partner

NORTH PALM BEACH, FLA. — Bravo! Brands Inc. is looking into options for increasing shareholder value, and one of these options could include investments by strategic partners.
The company is exploring such options with the help of Cowen and Company, L.L.C. The company said the board of directors believes it is the appropriate time to begin a process to explore such alternatives. The company said it will move forward with business plans as usual, and the company does not plan to release more information about the review until a definitive agreement or decision has been reached.
On Nov. 1, 2005, Coca-Cola Enterprises Inc. began distributing Bravo!’s Slammers Masterfoods line as well as the Bravo! Slim Slammers and Pro Slammers products. Coca-Cola Enterprises began the distribution under a master distribution agreement with Bravo!
