PARIS — Groupe Danone S.A. on Thursday said it plans to delist its American Depositary Receipts from the New York Stock Exchange.

The company said "very low" trading volume in the securities no longer justifies the cost, and the delisting should occur in July.

"This decision has no impact on Groupe Danone’s continued focus to actively develop its business operations in the United States," Groupe Danone said.
