MIAMI — Two blends of trans fatty acid-free cooking oils are being rolled out nationwide by Burger King Corp. The fast-food chain expects the oils to be in use in all of its restaurants by the end of 2008, if adequate supplies of the oils are available.
Burger King began in-store testing of trans fat-free oils in early February.
