BRATTLEBORO, VT. — Vermont Bread Co., which has supplied natural and organic bread to the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions since 1976, unveiled a new line of packaging the company says "showcases the healthy benefits associated with each variety."
According to Vermont Bread, packaging on the natural varieties will feature the amount of whole grains per serving along with highlighting that the products contain no high-fructose corn syrup, artificial ingredients or preservatives.
On the new packaging for its organic varieties, Vermont Bread said whole grains per serving will be prominently displayed along with a banner clearly letting consumers know they are purchasing organic bread.
"Vermont Bread Co. is very proud of its quality products and the new, eye-catching packaging will prominently display the whole grain goodness per serving and other healthful qualities that set Vermont Bread apart from other natural and organic bread," said Tom Nash, vice-president of sales and marketing.
