LAKEWOOD, COLO. — Manhattan Bagel, a brand of Einstein Noah Restaurant Group, Inc., has signed a franchise agreement with VAM, L.L.C. to open a Manhattan Bagel in Southern New Jersey. There are currently 26 Manhattan Bagel restaurants in New Jersey.
"We fell in love with the Manhattan Bagel brand and believe it’s a good fit for us," said James Musico, owner of VAM. "We look forward to opening and operating this Manhattan Bagel restaurant to provide the residents of Manahawkin with a comfortable neighborhood meeting place. This is truly a win-win relationship."
The Manhattan Bagel menu features bagels and cream cheese varieties, made-to-order breakfast and lunch sandwiches, and specialty coffee drinks, soups, salads, baked goods and desserts.
"I am pleased to welcome VAM to the Manhattan Bagel family," said Paul Carolan, senior vice-president of franchising and licensing operations. "This signing is a product of our expansion plans to continue building the Manhattan Bagel brand throughout the Northeast."
