Baldwin rejoins Kraft Foods

NORTHFIELD, ILL. — Christopher J. Baldwin, who left Kraft Foods Inc. in 2004 to join The Hershey Co., has rejoined Kraft as group vice-president, Kraft Foods, and president of the company’s North America snacks and cereals division. He succeeds John Baxter, who has resigned from the organization.
Most recently, Mr. Baldwin was a senior vice-president and president of the North American Commercial Group at Hershey. When he left Kraft in 2004 to join Hershey, Mr. Baldwin was national vice-president of field sales and logistics.
Earlier, he held other positions at Kraft and had worked at Nabisco and Procter & Gamble.
Prior to being named president of North America Snacks and Cereals in March 2006, Mr. Baxter was executive vice-president of global category development. Earlier, he was senior vice-president of global snacks.
