MINNEAPOLIS — Cargill will kick off this year’s Healthy Foods Conference at the Sheraton Inner Harbor hotel in Baltimore tomorrow with its sponsorship of the event’s Networking Breakfast.
The one-day Healthy Foods Conference will feature a presentation by Felicia Stoler, registered dietitian and host of The Learning Channel’s reality show, "Honey We’re Killing the Kids." Ms. Stoler will discuss heart health and dietary cholesterol via her experiences working with families across the United States.
Breakfast will include the opportunity to sample many products that contain CoroWise plant sterols, a naturally sourced ingredient that has been shown in clinical studies to significantly reduce L.D.L. (bad) cholesterol.
The conference immediately precedes Natural Products Expo East/Organic Products Expo-Biofach America, which will be held at the same venue.
