Einstein Noah opens at John Carroll University

UNIVERSITY HEIGHTS, OHIO — Einstein Noah Restaurant Group has opened an Einstein Bros. Bagels restaurant at John Carroll University in University Heights, the company’s 14th licensed restaurant to open in 2007 and the 67th college campus to have an open Einstein Bros. restaurant.

"I am pleased to bring the comfortable neighborhood atmosphere and craveable food of Einstein Bros. Bagels to the students, faculty and visitors of John Carroll University," said Paul Carolan, vice-president of franchising and licensing for Einstein Noah Restaurant Group. "John Carroll University is a distinguished institution and a perfect fit for the brand."

Einstein Noah Restaurant, which operates approximately 600 restaurants in 36 states and the District of Columbia, plans to open an additional 30 to 40 licensed locations in 2007.
