NEW YORK — New York Coffee Co. has introduced Iced ‘Spresso — a ready-to-drink coffee beverage with no sugar added and fewer calories than comparable drinks.
The company said the product is designed to be "indulgence without the guilt," containing 90 calories and 8 grams of sugar in a 9.5-oz drink.
Keith Chamish, president of New York Coffee Co., said consumers now regard R.-T.-D. coffee beverages as stand-alone drinks or snack beverages, and the new Iced ‘Spresso is adding a health dimension to that market.
The beverage is available online and available at retail outlets including Foodtown, Shoprite and 7-Eleven stores on the East Coast.
