SECAUCUS, N.J. — R.A.B. Holdings, Inc. has named Bruce H. Bossidy president and chief executive officer of its wholly owned subsidiary, R.A.B. Food Group, L.L.C. (formerly known as The B. Manischewitz Company, L.L.C.). He succeeds Jeremy Fingerman, who resigned after two years leading the company, which is a branded food manufacturer and the largest processed kosher food company in North America.
Mr. Bossidy most recently was c.e.o. of Dimensions, an arts and craft company. Earlier, he helped build Thule USA, a car rack company. He also worked for 15 years at Milliken and Co., a textile and apparel business.
"I am delighted to join R.A.B. Food Group," Mr. Bossidy said. "This company has the fundamentals and extraordinary brand strength of Manischewitz, which provides a terrific opportunity for company growth and success among our customers, retailers and consumers. In addition, our new ownership, Harbinger Capital Partners, will add to the strength and stability of the company, necessary for continued growth."
