Hardee's dishing up smoked sausage for breakfast

ST. LOUIS ― Smoked sausage isn’t just for lunch or dinner. Hardee’s Food Systems, Inc., a subsidiary of CKE Restaurants, Inc., is offering its customers its Smoked Sausage Biscuit containing Hillshire Farm smoked sausage links for a limited time.

The Smoked Sausage Biscuit is made using a split Hillshire Farm smoked sausage link tucked inside a biscuit. In Hardee’s Midwestern restaurants, a folded egg and a slice of American cheese are added as well.
