AnthoComplete, a new nutritional blend, offers a spectrum of anthocyanins, or flavonoid antioxidants, derived from fruits, vegetables and legumes. Published research has associated anthocyanins with healthy aging, inflammation management, improved blood sugar metabolism and cardiovascular disease management, according to FutureCeuticals, Inc., Momence, Ill.
AnthoComplete may be used in applications such as bars, baked foods, smoothies and capsules. The proprietary blend includes anthocyanins from wild bilberry extract, wild blueberry extract, acai, blackcurrant extract, sweet cherry, raspberry, elderberry, blackberry, black soybean hull extract and blue corn extract.
