Jamba to introduce breakfast options

EMERYVILLE, CALIF. — Jamba is introducing a breakfast menu in all its stores nationwide after a breakfast test in Los Angeles and New York last fall revealed consumer demand for healthy breakfast options is strong.
"We are on a breakfast mission," said Paul Coletta, senior vice-president of marketing and brand development. "We’re encouraging America to make breakfast a priority and feel the difference a healthy breakfast can make in their day."
The new breakfast menu includes granola topper, a blend of fruit, low-fat yogurt and soymilk topped with granola; chunky smoothie, fresh fruit blended with soymilk and nonfat yogurt; yogurt and fruit blends, a blend of berries, nonfat plain yogurt and soymilk in sunrise strawberry and bright eyed and blueberry flavors; fresh squeezed juices and juices, including orange juice, orange mango passion and orange carrot banana; and baked goods including reduced-fat blueberry loaf, reduced-fat cranberry-orange loaf, zucchini-walnut loaf, blueberry oatcake and omega-3 cookies.
