Robertet Flavors, Piscataway, N.J., recently broke ground on a 60,000-square-foot expansion at its U.S. flavors facility on its 14-acre campus in Piscataway. The $20 million capital investment will expand Robertet’s liquid production capabilities, which include juice blending and homogenization. It also will increase the company’s refrigerated, frozen and ambient warehouse storage and packaging capabilities.

"This project comes during a remarkable period in Robertet history," said Peter Lombardo, president of Robertet North America. "Not only are we breaking ground on our liquid blending facility expansion, but we’re also near completion of a 60,000-square-foot dry blending facility on an adjacent property, which will triple our current powdered products capacity."
