New Olive Oil Buds deliver the flavor notes of extra virgin olive oil to dry seasoning blends, dry salad dressing mixes, coatings, breadings, rubs, baked foods, sauces and other applications. Butter Buds Food Ingredients, Racine, Wis., used proprietary enzyme modification technology to unlock the flavor components of olive oil and concentrate them into a spray-dried powder.
