NEW YORK — Engobi is introducing two flavors of snack chips with caffeine: Cinnamon Surge and Lemon Lift.
Engobi stands for Energy Go Bites and is made by Rudolph Foods. A 1.5-oz, single-serve bag has about 140 mg of caffeine, about the same as a cup of brewed coffee. The products have a suggested retail price of $1.29 per bag.
"Engobi rockets the act of snacking to an exciting new level," said Mark Singleton, vice-president of sales for Rudolph.
