Weight Watchers teams with Dawn Food for cookies

NEW YORK — Weight Watchers and Dawn Food Products, Jackson, Mich., have partnered on a new line of portion-controlled soft baked cookies.

Available in chocolate chip and oatmeal raisin, the new cookies contain 90 calories, 2.5 grams of fat and have a Weight Watchers Points value of 1.

"With Americans looking to make more sensible choices in their hectic lifestyles, these new Weight Watchers cookies help consumers in their weight management journey," said Hugh Dever, senior licensing manager, Weight Watchers International. "By offering individually wrapped food options, we provide them the convenience and taste they are seeking."

The cookies come nine to a box and have a suggested retail price of $3.49.
