Sucralow, a brand of sucralose sweetener from Dulcette Technologies, L.L.C., Farmingdale, N.Y., is now available in liquid and granular form. Sucralow, a high-intensity sweetener, is more than 600 times sweeter than sugar when in powder form, according to Dulcette Technologies.
Liquid Sucralow, available in a variety of concentrations, dissolves readily in hot or cold liquids. Formulators do not need to warm the mixture to fully solubilize the sweetener. Custom concentrations may be ordered.
Sucralow GN, the granular form of the sweetener, is directly compressible and easier to handle than standard fine powdered sucralose, according to Dulcette Technologies. The company added that Sucralow GN is denser than the powdered form, dissolves faster than the powdered form and reduces dusting.
