Cargill adds xanthan gum products

Cargill, Minneapolis, has added Satiaxane xanthan gum CX 800 and Satiaxane xanthan gum CX 801 to complete its existing Satiaxane xanthan gum CX range. Both standard grades are versatile with applications benefits as stabilizers and thickeners. They are manufactured at Cargill’s plant in Zibo, China.
Typical applications for Satiaxane CX 800, an 80-mesh product, include dressings, sauces, mayonnaise, frozen desserts, dairy, fruit preparations, bakery products, syrups and meat products. Satiaxane CX 801, a fine mesh product, offers hydration for instant foods such as dry mix beverages, soups, dressings, desserts and bakery mixes.
