Flavor University courses on tap

FONA International, Geneva, Ill., has announced its fall 2008 schedule for Flavor University courses held at the company’s headquarters in Geneva:
• Flavor 101 will take place Sept. 23-24 and Nov. 10-11. The course is designed to demonstrate the art and science of flavor creation and application.
• Savory Flavor 201, scheduled for Nov. 17-18, will look at the characteristics of savory flavors and the challenges in using them in applications.
• Beverage Flavor 201, scheduled for Oct. 27-28, will help participants overcome flavoring challenges in beverage applications.
• Top Ten Challenges of Flavor, scheduled for Oct. 6-7, will feature FONA International’s staff giving strategies, tips and techniques in addressing the top 10 challenges of working with flavor.
