Quaker introduces new bars, oatmeal

CHICAGO — The Quaker Oats Co. has introduced Quaker High Fiber Instant Oatmeal and Quaker High Fiber Oatmeal to Go bars. The new products provide 10 grams of fiber per serving.

"Fiber is a very important element of a well-balanced diet, especially since most people aren’t getting enough," said Katherine Brooking, registered dietitian. "Foods with added fiber, such as Quaker’s High Fiber oatmeal products, are a simple way to increase daily fiber intake to help you feel your best."

Quaker High Fiber Instant Oatmeal and Quaker High Fiber Oatmeal to Go bars are available in grocery stores and super stores nationwide. Quaker High Fiber Instant Oatmeal is available in maple and brown sugar and cinnamon swirl, and is sold at a suggested retail price of $3.89 per box of eight packets. Quaker High Fiber Oatmeal to Go is available in maple brown sugar for a suggested retail price of $3.29 per box of six bars.
