A.D.A. honors G.M.A.'s Earl

WASHINGTON — Robert Earl, vice-president of science policy, nutrition and health for the Grocery Manufacturers Association, is being honored by the American Dietetic Association with a Medallion Award.
Mr. Earl is a registered dietitian and member of the American Dietetic Association, the American Public Health Association and the Institute of Food Technologists, and he will specifically be honored for expertise, service and leadership in the development and execution of nutrition science and policy programs and regulatory strategies.
"As a lifelong member of A.D.A., I am truly honored to receive one of this year’s Medallion Awards," Mr. Earl said. "The continual development of solid nutrition and health policy is a top priority of the Grocery Manufacturers Association, our member companies and the food and beverage industry. It’s rewarding to be part of such important endeavors and especially rewarding to be recognized by A.D.A."
