Add cherry-like acerola flavor to products

Robertet Flavors, Piscataway, N.J., now offers acerola flavors for use in such applications as beverages, dairy products, syrups and nutraceuticals. The acerola, a small fruit with a cherry-like appearance, is found in the Caribbean Islands and South America. Its flavor profile is tart cherry with mild berry notes. Acerola is high in vitamin C.
