Olscamp to v.p. of business development at Campbell

CAMDEN, N.J. — Keith Olscamp will be the new vice-president of business development and industry relations at Campbell Soup Co. He will replace Richard Smith, who is retiring after 37 years with Campbell.

Mr. Olscamp will work to maintain relationships between senior executives at Campbell’s with customers and be a representative to major food retailing and manufacturing industry associations. He also will benchmark customer engagement within the industry.

"Keith Olscamp was selected for this critical role based on his strong track record at Campbell and his reputation as a sales leader within the industry," said Archbold D. van Beuren, president of global sales and chief customer officer. "Keith is an advocate for our customers and has demonstrated an outstanding ability to collaborate. He has a keen understanding of the industry landscape and the importance of balancing the needs of retailers and manufacturers as well as the industry at large."

Mr. Olscamp joined Campbell in 1979 and has most recently been vice-president of retail and broker sales operations.
