TIC Gums offers solutions to boost fiber content

WHITE MARSH, MD. — TIC Gums has boosted its applications for high-fiber yogurts and dairy-based drinks as health and nutrition experts continue to advise consumers to boost their intake of foods rich in soluble dietary fiber.
Specifically, increased demand has led TIC Gums to create a line of high-fiber yogurt stabilizers including TIC Pretested Dairyblend YG FB 3, which is a blend of hydrocolloids and modified food starch.
