Takasago Americas announces three appointments

ROCKLEIGH, N.J. — Takasago Americas has made several appointments, including Brian Coady to senior account manager; Anna N. Chanco, flavor sensory analyst; and Jeff Rotondi, senior flavor technologist.

Mr. Coady will report to Brian Buck, senior vice-president and general manager of Takasago Americas. In his new position he will coordinate the Takasago sales team on behalf of major clients. Previously, he was with Sensient Technologies as global account coordinator.

As a sensory analyst, Ms. Chanco will conduct sensory preparations and testing as well as collect, analyze and enter data for the company. Mr. Rotondi will focus on savory and bakery development and applications. Prior to joining Takasago, he was associated with Chr. Hansen, serving as a product development scientist in the savory group, a position he held for six years.
